Pricing and Policies
The cost is $325 per night (price subject to change without notice.) There is no tax since it is not part of the bed and breakfast also owned by the Delines. Because it is an executive rental, and not part of the Chez Amis Bed and Breakfast, the owners are not allowed by the city council to offer any meals, and there is no maid service. This is simply a rental home.

  • There is a two night minimum. Rates can be lowered if longer stays are requested, except for high peak season and special events.
  • We do not allow children under the age of 10 and we do not allow pets or smoking.
  • A deposit of one night's lodging is required at the time of making the reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation must be made 3 weeks prior to the reservation date. If we are able to rebook the Carriage House, no charge will be made. Otherwise, the full amount of the rate will be charged in addition to a $25 service charge.
